The Delforge Group is the trading name for Delforge Management Consultancy Ltd.

The Delforge Group brand was previously associated with a different limited company, which later entered a formal insolvency process as part of a wider restructuring. Rather than continue with a structure that no longer fit our way of working, the founder chose to close that entity and rebuild the business within a cleaner, stronger company: Delforge Management Consultancy Ltd.

Today, The Delforge Group continues to be the established brand our clients know, now supported by a simpler governance model and a more focused set of services. The leadership, expertise, and client relationships remain the same; the underlying structure has been upgraded to support long-term, sustainable work with owners and leaders.
